Delivery information

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. We provide delivery in Latvia and abroad. To ensure delivery, we use Omniva and DPD parcel machines and SAS “Latvijas Pasts”. We send to other countries using Latvijas Pasts. If the order is placed on a business day before 12:00, then it is usually sent out the same day. If the order is placed later – then on the next business day. Some jewelry is made after orders, so shipping may be delayed. Please note that orders are not sent on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays in the Republic of Latvia. It can take up to 5 working days for sales on time and for goods with special prices. If the delivery needs to be made urgently, please inform us by calling +371 22402022 (call only on weekdays 10:00-17:00) or by writing in the comments section of the order. The order will be delivered to the address you specified when placing the order on the Praia website. If delivery is delayed due to force majeure or circumstances caused by third parties, you will be notified of the delivery delay by receiving an informative e-mail. We will inform in email or phone when order is ready to be shipped. In rare cases when we need to make jewellery peace and its not in stock shipping can take up to 14 working days.

Return Policy

If you have placed an order on the Praia website, but want to cancel the order, you must immediately notify us in writing to elina.sangovica@gmail.com or by phone – +371 22402022 (call only on working days). If the order has already been shipped, the return policy came into force. The amount paid for delivery and return of the goods is non-refundable. But if the order has not been shipped yet, you will be refunded the full amount you paid within 10 (ten) working days from the moment we contacted you and confirmed that we have received your request to cancel the order. You may return new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
